• Meta Ad Lead Submissions: Real-time customer lead details pulled via webhooks (e.g. prospect names, phone numbers, email IDs, and custom form answers) so they populate directly on your Kanban pipeline.
• Usage Data: Technical logs, IP addresses, browser agents, operating system configurations, pages visited, and interaction intervals to debug and optimize application response times.

3. How We Use the Information

We utilize your collected records strictly for the following operational workflows:

• To verify, setup, and administer your CRM dashboard.
• To process recurring invoice payments under the Vikri AI + Adroof Growth Suite or individual plans.
• To execute the **Meta Conversions API (CAPI)** server-side triggers. When you move leads to status updates (such as "Contacted", "Qualified", or "Converted"), Vikri AI transmits hashed conversion parameters securely to Meta servers, helping optimize your ad bidding.
• To share follow-up reminders, team assignment alerts, and administrative security alerts.
• To provide customer support and troubleshoot API payload conflicts.

4. Data Protection & Meta API Compliance

Vikri AI works inside the Meta Developer platform parameters:

• We comply fully with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.
• We do not sell, rent, trade, or distribute customer lead details with external data brokers or unrelated third parties.
• Lead records captured from your Meta Instant Forms belong entirely to your enterprise space. Hashed event parameters are only sent back to Meta as configured under your pipeline rules.
• Access tokens and credentials are encrypted at rest and in transit.

5. Data Sharing & Third-Party Services

We share transactional and synchronization information with third parties only when essential to deliver the Services:
- Meta Ads Platforms: Server-to-server payload synchronization for Conversions API.
- Adroof Optimization Suite: Shared access profiles if you are subscribed under our combined Growth Suite.
