1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website, CRM client dashboard, and integration pipelines provided by Vikri AI ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease usage of all our Services.
2. Description of Service
Vikri AI provides a specialized Lead Management CRM platform for digital advertisers. Our Service captures real-time leads from Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram forms/Messenger) and provides pipelines to synchronize conversion events back to Meta via the Conversions API (CAPI). We also offer combined integrations with the Adroof Growth Suite.
3. Account Registration & Security
To use the active CRM dashboard, you must register a corporate or personal user account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete registration parameters.
- Safeguard your dashboard credentials and API access tokens.
- Promptly notify us of any security breach or unauthorized access to your account.
We are not responsible for any losses arising from unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your login parameters.
4. Subscriptions, Fees, and Cancellations
Our services are offered on a recurring subscription basis (e.g., ₹4,999/month for the Vikri AI + Adroof Growth Suite):
- Free Trial: We include a standard 7-day trial. You will not be charged if you cancel before the trial period ends.
- Billing: Fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or custom cycle. All transactions are processed securely.
- Cancellations: You can cancel your plan at any time through your dashboard profile settings. Upon cancellation, your CRM access will continue until the end of the current billing interval.
- Refunds: Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly mandated by statutory consumer protection regulations in India.
5. Integration Responsibilities & Privacy Compliance
When you synchronize customer leads from Meta Ads forms or WhatsApp chats into Vikri AI and use the Conversions API:
- You represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary consents, opt-ins, and disclosures from your end prospects to collect their details and send them back to Meta for bidding optimization.
- You agree to maintain a public Privacy Policy on your advertising funnels that complies with CCPA, GDPR, and Indian IT Act frameworks.
- Vikri AI acts as a data processor. You remain the data controller and owner of your lead databases.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Vikri AI to:
- Violate any local, national, or international laws.
- Sync spam, fraudulent lead records, or unsolicited promotional lists.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our dashboard networks.
- Reverse engineer, copy, or duplicate our proprietary pipeline sync codes.
7. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
VIKRI AI AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING PERFORMANCE OF AD CAMPAIGNS. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT META AD PERFORMANCE WILL ALWAYS INCREASE, OR THAT INDIVIDUAL AD ACCOUNTS WILL NOT ENCOUNTER SUSPENSIONS OR BANS FROM META. IN NO EVENT SHALL VIKRI AI OR GROWTH FOR BUSINESS SOLUTIONS BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription and dashboard access immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms, violate Meta Platform policies, or fail to resolve subscription dues.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
