This Legal Policy ("Policy") governs the use of the Vikri AI platform, its APIs, integrated artificial intelligence services, and all associated materials (collectively, the "Platform"), which is owned and operated by Gore Enterprises. By accessing or utilizing the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms explicitly stated herein. If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, you are strictly prohibited from using the Platform.

1. Intellectual Property Rights and Ownership

1.1. Proprietary Rights: All content, features, functionalities, software code, algorithms, visual interfaces, interactive elements, design aesthetics, compilation, computer code (including source code or object code), and all other elements of the Platform ("Materials") are owned, controlled, or licensed by Gore Enterprises and are protected by applicable copyright, trade dress, patent, and trademark laws, international conventions, and other relevant intellectual property and proprietary rights laws.

1.2. Restrictions on Use: You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Platform or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software, unless laws prohibit those restrictions or you have our unequivocal written permission.

2. Artificial Intelligence Liability Disclaimer

2.1. Nature of Generative AI: The Platform heavily utilizes generative Artificial Intelligence models to autonomously draft copy, generate images, and formulate responses to customer inquiries. You explicitly acknowledge that AI technologies are inherently probabilistic and may generate outputs that are inaccurate, inappropriate, completely fabricated ("hallucinations"), or offensive.

2.2. User Responsibility: You, the User, bear sole and absolute liability for any and all content generated by the AI on your behalf and subsequently published to third-party platforms (including but not limited to Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp). Vikri AI shall not be held liable, under any legal theory (including negligence), for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the dissemination of AI-generated content.

3. DMCA and Copyright Infringement Claims

Vikri AI respects the intellectual property rights of others. It is our policy to respond expeditiously to legitimate claims of copyright and other intellectual property infringement.

If you believe that any content hosted on or generated by our Platform directly infringes upon your copyright, you must submit a formal takedown notice to our designated Legal Department containing all legally required elements under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512).

4. API Integration and Third-Party Compliance

Our Platform acts as an intermediary transmitting data between your input and Third-Party Providers (Google, Meta). Vikri AI explicitly disclaims any liability for the suspension, termination, or shadow-banning of your accounts on these third-party platforms resulting from automated activity, API rate limiting, or violations of those respective platforms' acceptable use policies.

5. Limitation of Liability and Indemnity

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL VIKRI AI OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM.

For all formal legal notices, DMCA takedown requests, subpoenas, or inquiries regarding the interpretation of this Policy, you must contact our dedicated Legal Department. We require all such communications to be routed through the Official Channels listed below to ensure prompt and legally sound handling.
