1. Information We Collect

We collect information that you provide securely to us directly and information collected automatically through our service integrations:

  • Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, and business details.
  • Google Account Data (OAuth): When you connect your Google Business Profile (GBP), we request access to view and manage your GBP data on your behalf. We store the OAuth tokens securely. We do not access data from other Google services (like Gmail or Drive) unless explicitly authorized by you for a specific marketing purpose.
  • Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Graph Data: When you connect your social media accounts, we access permissions to read your page posts, comments, insights, and publish new content. We use this exclusively to provide our auto-posting and AI-reply features.
  • AI Interaction Data: Text inputs, prompts, and preferences you provide to our AI agents to generate marketing materials or responses.

2. How We Use Google and Meta Data

Vikri AI’s use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically, we use connected account data for the following purposes only:

  • Google Business Profile: To fetch and display your business reviews, and to allow our AI to generate and publish replies to those reviews on your behalf.
  • Meta Graph API: To schedule and publish posts (images/text) to your Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts, and to read and reply to comments as configured by your automation settings.
  • Service Functionality: The data retrieved via these APIs is never used to secretly track you, build hidden advertising profiles, or sold to third-party data brokers. It is used strictly to provide the features you have enabled in the Vikri AI dashboard.

3. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your personal information and third-party API data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy.

  • Revoking Access: You can revoke our access to your Google or Meta accounts at any time through the respective platform's security settings (e.g., Google Account Permissions or Facebook Business Integrations).
  • Data Purge: Upon account deletion or revoking API access, we will permanently delete the associated OAuth tokens and any internally cached data belonging to that integration within 30 days.

4. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners and advertisers.

Third-Party Service Providers: We use third-party AI models (e.g., OpenAI) to process text and generate content. However, your personal business data and customer reviews are not used to train these foundational AI models. Data is sent securely via API solely for processing the immediate request.

5. Security of Your Information

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you enter, submit, or access your personal information. All sensitive API tokens and credentials are encrypted at rest using industry-standard AES-256 encryption.
