Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Vikri AI (a subsidiary of Gore Enterprises), our goal is to provide exceptional service and transparent billing practices. We deeply value our customers and strive to ensure that our AI automation platform meets your business needs. However, due to the nature of our cloud-based infrastructure and the immediate costs associated with allocating Artificial Intelligence (AI) processing power, our refund policy is strictly defined below.
By subscribing to and using the Vikri AI platform, you explicitly agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
1. Initial Purchase Refund Window (1-Hour Policy)
We offer a highly strictly enforced, 1-hour risk-free cancellation window for new subscriptions, subject to crucial usage constraints.
You may request a full refund of your initial subscription payment only if all of the following conditions are met:
- Time Limit: You submit a formal cancellation and refund request within exactly 60 minutes (1 hour) of the original transaction timestamp.
- Zero AI Usage: You have not generated any text, images, auto-replies, or utilized any AI tokens or API calls provided by the platform.
- No Integrations Used: You have not connected your Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram, or initiated any automated workflows.
If our system logs indicate that you have consumed any platform resources (AI tokens, API calls) or successfully connected an integration within that first hour, you will be deemed to have utilized the service, and your payment will become strictly non-refundable.
2. Upgrades and Package Changes
No Refunds on Upgrades: If you voluntarily choose to upgrade your current subscription tier (e.g., moving from a Basic Plan to a Premium or Enterprise Plan), the payment processed for that upgrade is final and non-refundable under any circumstances.
When upgrading, you are immediately allocated higher usage limits, advanced AI models, and premium features. Any unused time or tokens from your previous lower-tier package will be prorated or absorbed into your new plan according to our billing system's logic, but no cash refunds or chargebacks will be issued for the difference.
3. Ongoing Subscriptions and Cancellations
Month-to-Month and Annual Plans: After the initial 1-hour window has passed, all ongoing subscription payments—including automated monthly or annual renewals—are non-refundable.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard to prevent future billing. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of your currently paid billing cycle, at which point your access will be suspended. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months of service.
4. Exceptional Circumstances and Disputes
We recognize that extreme technical anomalies can occasionally occur. If you believe your account was charged in error (e.g., double billing due to a processing glitch) or if you are entirely unable to access the platform upon payment due to a verified Vikri AI server outage lasting more than 48 hours, we will manually review your case.
Chargebacks: We politely request that you contact us directly to resolve any billing disputes before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes filed while simultaneously utilizing our service will result in an immediate, permanent ban from the Vikri AI platform.
